My Order

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s placed?

If you need to cancel or update your order, please reach out to us within 6 hours of placing the order. You can send us an email with your order details to hi@stonedjewelry.com  


(Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.)

For monogrammed, engraved and custom pieces, we are unable to cancel or update the order once placed.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise drop an email to hi@stonedjewelry.com  and we will resend your order confirmation.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once our shipping partner picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

Return and Exchange Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

Our return and exchange policy is designed to prioritize your satisfaction. This policy offers solutions for specific scenarios, including instances where you've received an incorrect item, encountered a manufacturing issue, or received a damaged product. We're committed to addressing these situations promptly and effectively to ensure your experience remains exceptional.

You can send us an email to hi@stonedjewelry.com  with your order details,  proof of defect (images) and we will advise on the next steps to resolve the issue.

For monogrammed, engraved and custom pieces, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.

Delivery and shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! We provide international shipping to a range of countries.

How long does delivery take?

We've got your back with free standard delivery. Whether you're ordering from near or far, it'll take 7-10 business days.

For that extra touch of perfection, our 14kt gold pieces, custom-made orders, and all things ring-related will be at your doorstep in 3 to 4 weeks. No matter where you are – near or far, our timeline remains the same. 

How much does delivery cost?

What if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?

In the event that your package arrives with visible damage, appears tampered with or is the wrong order, contact us as soon as possible at hi@stonedjewelry.com 

If you believe your item arrived with a manufacturing defect please contact hi@stonedjewelry.com providing your order number, proof of defect (images) and we will advise on the next steps to resolve any issues. Upon inspection, if we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, you will be notified with a repair quote, if applicable.

Products and Materials

What are your products made of?

When it comes to the quality of materials we use in our products, rest assured, we use only the best. We use precious metals (such as sterling silver and 14kt gold), natural gemstones and organic pearls.

Do you use natural gemstones and pearls?

Yes, we do. We source our gemstones from regulated, fair-trade gem dealers in Sri Lanka and our organic, freshwater pearls are farmed in Japan and India.

Where are your pieces designed and manufactured?

Our design team is based in Sri Lanka.

As for manufacturing, our main workshop is also based in Colombo, Sri Lanka – where our 14kt gold pieces are made, and a lot of our sterling silver pieces too. In addition, we also work with expert craftsmen from Hong Kong and India.

How do I care for my jewels?

Do you have warranty?

We got your back, every step of the way. If your piece arrives broken or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace your item. Please note we need to be informed of the defect within 5 days of receiving the order.

For usual wear and tear of products, we offer a restoration service. There might be a minimal service fee charged based on the requirements. We try our best to ensure all your Stoned jewels are kept for life. So drop us an email with full details and we will assist you.

What can I do if my product breaks?

Send us an email to hi@stonedjewelry.com and we will do our best to assist you.

If the breakage is not due to defects in manufacturing, but due to normal wear and tear, you might be subject to a fee. However, our repair fees are minimal as we really do want you to use your pieces forever. So get it in touch and let’s get that piece back to life for you.

My item needs to be replated and/or repolished. What can I do?

Give us a shout at hi@stonedjewelry.com with full details of the jewelry that requires a little extra love and we will assist you.

Are you able to gift wrap my order with a personalized note?

If you are getting someone Stoned, we are happy to help! Click on our gift-wrap option as you check out to send your order to your special someone. Complete it with a personalized note and we will do the rest.
